The classes I teach resumed on Tuesday, September 9. Yesterday. I'm crazily busy for the next several days until I get administrative matters done.

My cold is somewhat better.

Cataract surgery is scheduled for Friday afternoon. I'll be out of the loop for at least a few days. Indeed, right now I'm swamped with pre-surgery doings.

I got to the doctor yesterday and am now medicated with antibiotics and nasal spray. The results of the throat culture will be in on Monday. Meanwhile, I'm on strict orders of rest and lots of fluids.

At the moment I'm very ill with some kind of nasty upper-respiratory misery. I'll be exploring what's going on here at Security Sisters when I feel better.
